This branch is going down the hill . This morning I waited for 30 mins in a que and when my turn was coming near . They asked to to go another branch just to transfer the money coz they said they are bg and short of staffs and had to go for break . I asked them could I even wait 1 hour and you could do ? Said no ??. No wonder why this Tsb branch is closing down every year from the places ??.. if there is a customer there is a job when there is a no customer there is no job ??. No disrespect to anybody just wondering if they could had been a little helpful coz it took just 10 mins in a paisley branch . IF THERE IS A WANTS TO DO THE JOB THERE IS ALWAYS A SOLUTION !!!

put a cheque in bank on Tuesday lady that took it said it would be cleared in bank Thursday. still not in the Friday called to be told there was nothing on computers that i was in bank to hand cheque in after 3 phone calls to be told they found it and now it won?t be in till Tuesday useless terrible costumer service

10 45 am TSB says demand has dropped for High St banking.Well, 7 people waiting to get served by 1 teller says something different.The staff are totally overworked.I don't online banking because it's NOT secure.Thays why banks pay out million per year do

Had a great deal of difficulty speaking to a robot, eventually managed to get local branch number and a very helpful and nice man sorted everything out for me with regards to my mother's debit card.

very unhelpful staff behind counters, will not accept you paying in money want you to use machine which is tempremental and does not accept coins. Nearly impossible to get money paid into this bank!!!.

Nothing but good experiences with this branch, staff have always been helpful and willing to give me the extra time to discuss whatever it was I needed to talk about. Staff are friendly and always willing to listen and make you feel welcome.

Wort bank ever lost bank car an no1 would answer ph for 2weeks, i wouln't trust my money in this bank tbh
