Extremely helpful and compassionate member staff, promptly and efficiently handled closing a deceased's account despite being understaffed, busy and close to closing time. Other branches of this bank would greatly benefit by applying this high standard of customer service.

Opening days/ times r SHOCKING how about u open bk up till 4.30 for the people who cant get there b4 1pm as they at work till 3pm or later its a bloody joke, NO need for this carry on

Banking at this branch for 40 years staff have always been friendly and are trying very hard during lockdown problem with parking but you can park across the road

I lost my card and I knew my detail's and I also had photographic I'd and they would not give me anymore than £50 like ð??? its my money would not recommend go elsewhere seriously!
