Went here on a number of occasions as it advertised it was open only to find it closed. Only open a couple days a week and mostly for half days. Very pointless and frustrating branch.

Hit or miss with customer service in this branch of TSB. Depends on which member of staff you get whether youâ??ll have a positive customer experience or not.

Having had great difficulty accessing my account online, in exasperation I went into this branch of the TSB. I was treated with great patience, professionalism and helpfulness by Lynda. She showed just how customers should be treated and I cannot recommend her service highly enough. Thank you. J Dawson

Possibly the single most unhelpful bank branch I have ever encountered.
Popped in having opened a new current account online (as per the instructions on the website) to sign a form for joint account holders.
Was told by the teller that she could not help me without an appointment. In an entirely empty branch (not a single other customer) she told me that they run with only two staff and that there were no appointments that could be booked in the near future.
When I explained my situation and that this would prevent me from opening my account with them (as I had taken the day off work to attend and the account was being opened to take advantage of a limited offer) she seemed disinterested and dismissive.
If this is how they treat new customers, I dread to think how they would treat people whose money they already have. It appears I may have dodged a bullet by remaining with my current bank.
