We booked at the store last year for our trip to Tenerife, and they could not have been more helpful.I am just off the phone with them their regarding payment and planning for a holiday in may 2024. The girl on the phone was incredibly helpful, and very friendly.Sometimes booking online can be tricky, even for young people so it?s always really good to have customer service as good as this.

I was in the Gordon Street branch enquiring about a holiday that my family was interested in. Bethany provided us with excellent customer service and was very helpful from start to finish. She guided us through every step and we even manage to get a much better deal at the end. Holiday booked and it's been a great 1st time experience with TUI!

We popped in yesterday in the Glasgow TUI store on Gordon Street just to ask a couple of questions about our already booked honeymoon to Mexico. We were greeted by Bethany with the biggest smile and she has gone above and beyond to help us, give us more info and overall share our enthusiasm :) 5 star customer service right there and we?re very grateful.
