I placed an online order with HoF and paid for next-day delivery. I received a confirmation from Evri that the package was out for delivery, but then I received an update from them one hour before the delivery time slot indicating that they could not deliver the package until the next business day. Four days on, Evri cannot locate the package. Today, I attempted to contact HoF customer service, which is an exercise in frustration. I requested a full refund but have only been refunded the delivery charges.Had I known that HoF uses Evri I would have never placed the order. I certainly would never order from HoF. I honestly can't say whose customer service is worse - HoF's or Evri's. They're both terrible.Unless you enjoy being gaslighted (by both HoF and Evri), I would highly discourage anyone from making an online purchase from HoF.

I can't get through to House of Fraser by phone or email to return a parcel of 3 items. I must admit I'm not good with a computer.
I want to send them back and get my money back. HELP

House of Fraser?s online orders are not accompanied by a good customer care system. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering an item from Fraser?s online ordering system not to bother.

I have ordered present for my partner on 30/12/2023 I haven't received this and I have contacted house of fraser about this! they have said they have contacted the courier and I had to wait 7-10 working days ! I have waited and at the end of this period they said I have to wait again !! at this point I am waiting a month for this and there is still no resolution! I have asked for general managers contact twice and I was ignored! I will never order from house of fraser again ! what a poor service !! very disappointed customer !! and still no sign of my money back !!

Changing rooms disgusting ? can under stand foot fall and been busy with use but the dust on floor and skirting been there for a long time probably few year?s want £200for jumper but can?t keep the place clean

I always shop at HOF but so disappointed this year, placed an online order 9th November ? Expected to receive within 7/10 days..
3 weeks later?
Today live chat with customer services, seemingly the Courier lost my items.
Molly advised she would re order, accepted this..
Received an email later this afternoon saying all items out of stock ..
HOF accepted and debited by account when I placed my order, now I have to wait another 2/5 days for my refund of £214..

1 hour ago (14:17pm) I just spent £65 to be laughed at by some kids that work for Urban Decay, in my knowledge of English I understood and I was speaking To the staff workers. (I would like to see them all to live speaking another language) All staff were giggling while looking at my direction, while I was speaking to one of their colleague (which turned out to be the only good staff at Urban Decay, since she served me until the till).Not the first time I or others get treated like this by House of Fraser workers, here kids and incompetent workers treat regular and occasional customers in the worst way possible, a genius is not needed to understand that in this way House of Fraser will lose more and more customers (me for example), it is in the interest of the owner to have competent and friendly staff, to help them maximise profits!I often use this place to shop but I?m afraid this has been the last time, House of Fraser isn?t the only shop in Glasgow, next time I guess I?ll shop at John Lewis, Debenhams and more!!
