Ridiculous company!Their ?staff? are untrained, revolting children who don't know how to handle SPECIAL NEEDS customers properly. The customer was effectively BLAMED for the incident in the branch a few weeks ago even though it was the UNMONITORED machine that caused it.Never again will I ever attend one of their branches.Avoid like the plague. They are 100% not worth the hassle.

Efficient for everyday use as payment and good free MasterCard card. And really efficient the day I've lost my card to send it a new one. But unfortunately not possible yet to make an international transfer money online even for a small amount. Needed to use a paper form. 5* anyway because nothing else to say

I visited Virgin Money in Queen Street, Glasgow yesterday. I have two ISA's and a Savings Account with Virgin Money. I wanted to open a current account and to transfer one of my ISA's to a different Virgin Money ISA which pays better interest. I was met by a young lady who told me she could do nothing for me, all accounts and ISA transfers were on line, so good day! In a matter of moments I found myself out on the street again. What a dismal and disheartening experience. My advice - avoid this establishment at all costs.

Awful bank, opened an account was promised an incentive, they made a lame excuse didn't pay it even though I had the evidence to prove I'd met the criteria, next stop is the ombudsman

The clerk showed annoyance on her face because I asked her for the date when I was depositing a cheque I felt so uncomfortable. This is my experience of Virgin bank staff in Queen St too. Customer Care is sadly lacking unfortunately

It would be good if during my lunch break at noon I could go there for a coffee but it is not possible most of the time as there are no seats left - pensioners use it every day for free coffees - biscuits.

Virgin money lounge glasgow:The check in lad struggled to lift his head out of his phone (facebook was occupying him); the atmosphere was akin to a library (no ambient music on); the coffee was weak; the biscuits dry, and there were no newspapers. I wont rush back.

First class customer service in this lounge from Virgin Money, All members of staff in here are knowledgeable of the products that Virgin Money Provide and are more than happy to assist with whatever is needed. And the lounge itself is a very relaxing place to hang about if you need to take a break from the business that is Glasgow. I've even taken mates here and they were stunned!

This is a little oasis in the centre of Glasgow, open to those with Virgin Money products. Simply register at the door and you have the run of the place.

Always friendly and efficient. I have my doubts for the future now the Clydesdale Bank bought them. They closed Branches and ATMs all over on the quiet while RBS did it openly and got slated for it.
