You were all so friendly and helpful sorting glasses for my 19 month - old niece. Nothing was too much trouble for you, and your company should be proud to have such excellent staff. Thank you all.

The store is always fantastic with my additional needs nephew. All staff members go above and beyond to make the experience not only enjoyable but easy for all of us especially my nephew. A special mention for Jayne the store manager and Jenna the dispensing optician whom are a delight and my nephew loves interacting with. A true example of great customer service and care. Yesterday collecting his new glasses was no different to previous store interactions.

The manager/manageress of the premises does not know how to conduct them self professionally.I was notified I had my contact lenses check up at 13:15 then after I arrived for my appointment after I waited patiently for 30minutes then to be told that I had also an eye test earlier in the day which I had not been informed of at all. I was then informed that they would give me an eye test in one hours time but would have to cancel contact lenses test today.Al these communications were relayed from the manageress/manager to the assistant dealing with me rather than the manager/manageress dealing with directly. Through out this process the manager/manageress remained out of sight in the office it?s uncertain weather there was any manager/manageress in the premises at all.

I visited the store to obtain details of a previous eye test I had. This was for an army application and it had to be signed. The customer service was very good but annoyed that I was charged £10 for an optician to sign my form. I think no matter were you go everywhere charges for the smallest thing and don't think a signature cost £10.

We have been using, vision express in Silverburn for nearly 15 years, always first class service, glasses might be more expensive but never an issue with glasses and any problems are rectified, which cannot be said for the cheaper options as we found out years ago, honestly cannot fault them for service and products... ?

Just want to call out the great service that my mum, daughter and I received from the team at Silverburn today. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even managed to re-arrange things in order to take my elderly mum earlier than her appointment time, to save her waiting longer.Mary Quinn the optometrist was great with her too - and also my daughter and myself. Would recommend to others.

Get my glasses from here so thot they might have been able to help me as I have a contact lens stuck in my eye since Saturday they could see me but at a cost of £35 for a 2min job for optician to get it out I can't believe they let me leave ther shop knowing this because I didn't get my lenses from them shocking I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on now on my way to gartnaval eye department
