Great help from sales person. Vodafone seems to be getting dearer and dearer as the years role by. No loyalty for long term customers. Been with them for 15 yrs + but definately worth shopping around now.

Needed Mobile Broadband for a new flat and found Vodaphone signal best of a poor bunch. Really good service and even a small discount for an existing mobile phone user.

Horrible sales tactics in this store. I went in with 2 phones in mind and it was clear the saleswoman only wanted to sell me the Samsung. Then when it got down to price and I had done my homework and said the price she was quoting me was £10 more per month she got her manager and then after a moment on the computer she escorted me out of the shop with telling me that online prices were different. I get the fact that shops aren't online but the rudeness of escorting me out just because I done some homework on what I wanted is shameful.

It was terrific. The staff were excellent and the guy who helped me couldn't do enough to sort out my problems. So impressed with the service I received. Vodafone are simply the best.

Sells Vodafone sim only and mobile phone deals. Can sometimes be busy but I've personally never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a staff member, who all wear the same uniform right down to same red and white footwear. I was in getting a new nano sim to fit my new phone as my old sim was too big. Free service and swapped my number over, all in it took maybe 10 minutes and I was ready to go even though they say it can take up to 24 hours. Good job

Helpful staff. Didnt wait long and the guy in helpdesk managed to help me unlock my phone after going back to carrier locked mode when i did restore to factory settings.

My review is a rather damning one, first off signed up to Vodafone from EE. That was my first mistake, second was that vodafone sold me a phone number that was in use from a carphone warehouse vodafone customer. This went on for 3 months before getting across to customer services this was their fault and not my own or the poor man getting my calls and texts, i then got to choose a new number and was told for the inconvenience i would pay less than agreed when i signed my contract (the first 3 months i paid my full bill for someone else's mobile number and was treated like a criminal for questioning why). I want to add my discount lasted about 2 months before it was then removed even though i was promised 12 months at a lower rate. Lastly is that when i signed up for my new contract i was promised 12 months sky sports for free, this was a real selling point at the time for a football lover like myself, the only thing is that you have to enter a code that vodafone send you, this also nearly 14 or 15 months down the line has never worked and the help offered from customer services is next to non existent. I visited the vodafone store in braehead to see if anything could be done on all the above matters but help here was non existent and it left me wondering why i ever chose vodafone over EE as i never had any issues with EE but now have nothing but incompetent people passing me from pillar to post when i do have a issue. Choose a company with a higher regard for their customers as this lot just want you signed up and then could not care less if they sold you a dud.

dreadful 2 and a half hours in store to set up new contracts 1 month later and 1st bill comes through not only without discount but totally different offer from what was on at the time actually costing me more than the internet offer at the time.
absolute incompetent staff and trying to call the store is absolute joke no wonder Vodafone have had to pay millions in compensation for incorrect billing
