What a joke ! Took my phone in this evening as the battery is not holding its charge to be told by one of the staff members my phone is not covered under the warranty as it has a scratch , I was told that the scratch on the phone could be affecting the battery holding it’s charge ! Very disappointed today - Poor customer service.Colleague not interested, spent her time looking at her mobile phone or tapping her smart watch.Only interested in selling unlimited full price plans / not interested in customer needs and requirements.
