Wouldn't buy anything from them as there Free Delivery is about them Dumping Goods at door. kerbside delivery. Who would want that no checking or signature given. Just Dumped. Won't use again. Phoned and spoke to a Guy called Alan Wright in Glasgow who was infuriating and couldn't care less said ge had heard me out and hung up very poor.

Ordered a whole new kitchen, wooden flooring etc and was not informed they will leave everything on a pallet outside. If I was present I would have refused delivery. Instead, there was a pregnant woman stressed about what she is going to do! Absolutely unacceptable. Yes, it's stated on your website (seen after the fact). I should have been informed of this fundamental part of the process. The kitchen will be returned as I can't describe how you have made her feel and me feel that I'm unable to help her as I'm away. Never again!As you can see by the reply. They take no responsibility for informing customers of delivery details that are essential. Hi there, better keep away from Wickes. This company has descended into utter chaos! I haven?t had a single order in recent months which was ok. I have bought at Wickes for years and for many thousend £, but no more. I am currently waiting for repayment and even that they are unable to do properly. Absolutely incompetent company!

Few months ago we met Martin , kitchen designer in wickes Glasgow , he listened very carefully to our requests and advised us very professionally .Nothing was too much for Martin when we asked questions even out of business hours .Decided to purchase our kitchen and booked an installation date of 6 weeks later .We were then kept up to date and the kitcen arrived 5 days before install date .Martin allocated our installation to Laurie and his son from Glasgow .Right from the very first day both Laurie and William were exceptional with their attention to detail , anytime they thought about a small tweak they discussed with my wife and agreed.What I found very professional and a nice personal touch was Martin checked in with me every few days of the installation to make sure we were happy .I would highly recommend Martin Shaw from the Glasgow branch, Laurie and William who have installed the whole kitchen and replaced wooden flooring throughout our house to an excellent standard .Their workmanship is exceptional!!Very happy family , amazing jobThankyou so muchMr and Mrs Noble

I read the reviews before I came here and thought "surely not", but yes it's as sketchy as you'd expect.Made a 20 minute drive to pick up a wheelbarrow which showed six in stock at this branch. Went to the garden centre bit and none were there. Asked a member of staff on the main shop floor who said "if they're not there, we don't have them". I showed him my phone with the page showing six available and he said "what's out is all we have". I mentioned making the trip. "No ma problem" he shrugged.Had to speak to a manager to ascertain I was in the wrong store and wanted 'The Range', next door. Popped in, found the wheelbarrow section, no models of the type I was looking for. Asked another member of staff and got the exact same reply as before. I pressed on, showing my phone. He shouted the length of the store (not small) to another colleague saying I was looking for wheelbarrows that weren't there. They both went into the back and he eventually came out with two of the one I was looking for. That's nice, I thought, allows me to pick the best one. I wandered off to the till and as I was paying, was shouted at again from the other end of the store that they only had four to sell me. He was looking for all six wheelbarrows and for some reason thought I wanted to buy all of them.Mad experience. You'd think by now Wickes would be looking into sorting it but I'm guessing not. Very doubtful I'll be back.

I would avoid this store staff at the tills are terrible too busy talking to what I can assume are family members than serve you finally got served to be told price on the shelf is not correct gave up in the end got my money back and went to another merchants

Service terrible went in for a door that had been reduced to £30 found it in the space that said £30 took it to checkout along with other things total was 70 pound knew it was wrong asked why this was was told the door was 60 I asked why it was in the place of the £30 doors to be told don't know I said it's advertised at that price so need to give it at that price was told no manger came out told me it's not his fault the doors were in the wrong place well it clearly is its your workers absolutely shocking the customer service won't be back
