“EDIT!! After leaving this review. Stuart from Paint Tec made contact to rectify the issues raised below. They took the vehicle in and sorted the issues we had. The X5 is now as it should be. Mistakes happen, but the initial level of service was shocking.That being said, they've been great and have even followed up to make sure we are happy with the repair.ORIGINALMessed up a repair on our X5. After months of chasing and excuses from Rab, still got nowhere and now resorting back to the insurance company for a resolution. Rab is quote "looking forward to it"Current state of play is that I have a car with the Incorrect trim fitted, they've messed up one entire side of the car with holograms from poor polishing/workmanship. The repair on the surface looks okay, but they've not bothered to adequately protect/repair behind the trim which will inevitably lead to rust. The funny thing is, if it wasn't for poor lipservice, I'd have ordered the trim myself which Ironically I can have at my doorstep in a few days and fitted it myself. Not the months of excuses from Paint TecI've added pictures so you can see the level of attention to detail this company provides. Right hand side is the original trim. Left hand side is the trim they fitted. . . The other picture shows the holograms on the vehicle from lazy/poor workmanship.”
