Asked their new outlet in St Andrews if their travel clinic could do inoculations but they said I would have to contact their Glenrothes location. I phoned countless times but no response. I then went back to the St Andrews shop to be told to keep trying to contact Glenrothes however they were very busy and it may take some time to answer. In fairness the St Andrews staff are quite charming and were visibly disappointed that their colleagues were unable to answer their phones. In the end I found somewhere locally who provided us with all our travel jabs.

Just taken over in Leslie from Lloyds. A bit of a disaster at the moment but am hopeful that it will be a big improvement on Lloyds when they get organised.

The pharmacist gave me someone else's medication it could of killed me I was out my face and now they are telling me to find another pharmacy to get my medication because they are in the wrong so listen people check your prescription when u get it

Needed lateral flow tests sent through and it was becoming a nightmare. Used the app I normally use to get my repeat prescription ask if I could get some and an hour later a pack of 7 turned up free of charge at my house. Absolutely brilliant service

Dears Pharmacy in GlenrothesDears Pharmacy in GlenrothesCalled them last week to book flu vaccination and the girl on the phone was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional.I went today to get the vaccination and spoke to two different ladies behind the counter and both were excellent.Lauren A was the lady that gave me the vaccination.She was extremely helpful. professional and had an amazing personality.I have never been in this pharmacy before and do not know any off the staff but judging by my experience, the people working for Dears in Glenrothes are a cut above the rest.Well done, thank you and keep up the good work.I think you are all amazing.Alex

Excellent service. Used Dears for the first time for a pre travel COVID PCR this morning, it was very busy but there were plenty of staff working and it was very efficient. Everyone cheerful and chatty which is so uplifting these days! Well done all at Dears.

A serious candidate for WORST CHEMIST IN BRITAIN award ! And i should know, Ive stayed from Perth to Penzance and this place is scary ! Kids who aren't allowed near anything stronger than ibuprofen !. One told me "we just can't get staff" ?!? And after witnessing the blame being passed like a children's party game, I can see why !!! If my mother had taken the medicine provided she would be DEAD !!!.. AVOID, or change to boots like us !
