My partner ordered her medication and called to confirm it would be ready for collection. I went today to collect, only to be told they've had no delivery and that it would now be Monday. Either her medication has been dispensed to someone else, or they've straight up lied. Terrible service from staff who would rather pass the buck than accept responsibility.

Genuinely better than most chemists especially boots ,the staff are far more friendly.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and went out of thier way to help me out. I cannot praise them enough. The store was clean, tidy and well stocked Thank you all for your help. ?

Just read some of the reviews,and all are very good apart from 1,which I cannot understand, I have used this pharmacy for years,and all staff are very professional, and friendly,I have never had any bad experiences, and never had to wait for prescription, I guess the old adage is true,"you can't please all of the people"
