Had a problem with the automatic transmission in my A7 I was told to head to chay at fife auto tech car went in for diagnostics found to be dual mass flywheel and clutch fault Chay advised to do the mech unit inside the gearbox car was in and out in a couple of day and a remap on gearbox all I can say it?s like driving a new car

Needed baterry replaced and coded into the system, in my Audi Q7, got a same day appointment whereas other places told me to wait a couple of days.Went extra mile and fixed up the battery box that previous owner has damaged, as well as deleted some faults and provided me with a full list of what the faults were.Highly recommend, will use in the future.

Simply the very best in the industry.I spoke to Chay on the phone a couple months ago and booked my 1.4TSI Cupra in for a service. I originally asked for a major service for some peace of mind and received a quote which was not only the best value but genuinely a fair price.Over the holidays some family circumstances came up and I found myself unable to pay the full amount of money, I phoned Chay no more than one week in advance, expecting to lose my booking. I didn?t realise at the time I was speaking to such a genuinely compassionate man who wants nothing but the best for his customers, Chay threw me a bone and as a complete stranger, trusted me to walk out the door paying only half of my invoice on the day.No Garage or business in general would ever be so kind and understanding as to help in the way Chay and his team did. as much as i cannot vouch that everybody receive the same treatment, I know for certain that you will be taken care of, and treated with the upmost respect.on the day of the service I met a couple of his technicians and senior staff and I cannot stress enough again how compassionate, understanding and knowledgable they are.The actual service, and the service report are extremely professional compared to other garages in the greater fife area as well as the pricing is extremely competitive if not cheapest!My car feels smooth and healthy and I almost can?t wait to take it back just to do it all again.Thanks again to Chay, Lynda and his fantastic team of techs. a group of Legends. ;)

Booked my daughter's car in to diagnose a slight coolant leak. I was kept updated every step of the way with the issue located and sorted out promptly. The garage also went out of their way to sort warranty out. I would have no hesitation in putting my daughter's car back in for a service or any other work required in the near future.

I called the garage when my car developed a fault. They were knowledgeable and friendly on the phone, and managed to have a look at the car that day. The car was booked in for a short time later as a part was needed, and every interaction was seamless. This was my first time using the garage but I?ll definitely be going back if the car needs anything else.

Top service from the team. Helped me in a bind with mother in laws car, squeezed us in and got it back on the road. She lives in remote location and feels very vulnerable without it, the team got car fixed in a day, despite having a very busy pre Christmas workload. Great staff and very professional workshop.

We got recommended Fife Autotech and so glad we did. My car had a few initial problems which we managed to get fixed. Upon doing so we realised there was more issues. The Team at Fife Autotech managed to solve all these, but by no means an easy task. My car now drives 100 times better than before. We will definitely be back. 10/10

5 star service from simply booking in to getting all the required servicing done, the whole team at fife auto tech were first class. Very knowledgable and every service being carried out was fully explained in detail to the point I found them faultless and a service that only main dealers can dream of. I?ll never darken the door of a main dealer again for servicing as the comparison is not even close to the quality of service received from fife autotech. Extremely impressed! , garage came recommended by a good friend. They gave honest, detailed analysis, everything was explained in ways I as a non mechanic could understand. I asked about 2 other services I might want and was DISCOURAGED by the owner to do these as it may well damage my car or make no difference. Complete professionals and honest, so refreshing, I'll be using these guys in future! (Audi S3 stage 1 remap)
