UPS dropped my new card machine for my business off here 6 days ago. Today is the 4th time I have been to the shop to collect it and the 4th time the shop hasn't been open during opening hours. Today however is the first time there has been a notice in the window saying back open at 10.30, it is now 10.45 and I am still standing outside. This has caused disruption to my business for almost a week now and it is not acceptable. Do not use for picking up your packages from UPS. Very unhappy I find this very unprofessional
