EDIT!! After leaving this review. Stuart from Paint Tec made contact to rectify the issues raised below. They took the vehicle in and sorted the issues we had. The X5 is now as it should be. Mistakes happen, but the initial level of service was shocking.That being said, they've been great and have even followed up to make sure we are happy with the repair.ORIGINALMessed up a repair on our X5. After months of chasing and excuses from Rab, still got nowhere and now resorting back to the insurance company for a resolution. Rab is quote "looking forward to it"Current state of play is that I have a car with the Incorrect trim fitted, they've messed up one entire side of the car with holograms from poor polishing/workmanship. The repair on the surface looks okay, but they've not bothered to adequately protect/repair behind the trim which will inevitably lead to rust. The funny thing is, if it wasn't for poor lipservice, I'd have ordered the trim myself which Ironically I can have at my doorstep in a few days and fitted it myself. Not the months of excuses from Paint TecI've added pictures so you can see the level of attention to detail this company provides. Right hand side is the original trim. Left hand side is the trim they fitted. . . The other picture shows the holograms on the vehicle from lazy/poor workmanship.

Car was in here for repairs and was told it needed new boot , back window and rear lights , got new glass but bad dent in boot was filled and painted instead of being replaced as I was told , rear lights were original Audi led lights but now they are standard A6 lights so not amused and I have been waiting 3 weeks to find out what's happing , wouldn't use this place again ever or recommend them

This company is fantastic. My car needed a paint job. After somebody went into it. Nothing was too much trouble. Picking my car up and dropping it off after the work was finished. I had a lovely surprise when a shiny and clean car returned to me. They had waxed and valeted my car too

Brilliant establishment and very professional, fit me in on maybe an hour's notice and had literally a 30 minute wait time until my exhaust was fitted. Staff are very friendly and informative. This is clearly a serious business that prides themselves on professionalism. Will use again.

Love going here as it's a nice drive from Glasgow, staff are always nice and chatty. Dogs are nice too. Covid19 protocols are good and in place.
