terrible company, stole a parcel from us. Clearly shows as being delivered to their business yet they apparently dont have it. Said they returned it to sender but doesnt say this on the tracking. Stole £230 worth of an item!!

Have livingroom window blinds initially, their care of detail was first class so much so that I got the rest of my window blinds from Shadow blinds. They were so respectful regarding Covid precautions. Well done, delighted with my blinds.

This is my 4th property that Shadow Blinds has now fitted the whole house throughout and I can honestly say, you will not get better service or quality. A few folk say they are a bit expensive but know what - you get what you pay for! 10/10. 5*.

Brilliant .was looking for new brackets for my bathroom blind and they managed to find a pair for me .very helpfull .and the woman that served me was lovely .didn't rush me like some places and will be back again in the future .

Had a few companies out for quotes. Went for shadow blinds as their Venetian blinds were of a better quality. You could feel the difference in the metal. Not as cheap as val u blinds (the lady in their showroom was very dismissive, the lady in shadow blinds was very good) but you get what you pay for. Sales man was not pushy which we liked.

Worse blinds we have ever bought, gave up complaining, they tried to be nice but never solved the problem, should have been told by them at the very beginning that the blinds we bought (composite wood) that they were far too heavy for our windows.
