Awful service. After having my timing belt changed by these clowns for £450, I took the car to another garage to have the gearbox oil changed. That garage informed me that there's a leak in the system and they could inspect it for £195. I never thought this would be caused bybthe handywork of The Garage of Glenrothes. After doing the high pressurr test on the cooling system, it turned out that the 'experts' at The Garage did not attach a hose properly when working on my car and that was causing a leak. There goes £195 plus £50 for reattaching the hose. I called these boys but of course they denided the whole thing.Avoid like the plague. These are just jokes posing as mechanics.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Maintained my vehicles for 50 years but now use Stevie for most repairs as he is ooen and honest...not to mention very good pricing. Some repairs, like rear shock absorbers, replaced at a parts price lower than I could buy!!!!Only issue is finding a suitable drop off time as he is so busy!!!!

AVOID IF U WANT TO LIVE VERY DODGY AND UNHELPFUL***AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***Took car in for front brake and calipers replacement. Job done picked up car at garage closing time. Driving home all brake warning lights came on. Called garage next day, response was "what do you want me to do" no help at all. No offer of tow, no advice, no nothing. Called RAC they topped up brake fluid which should have been done at garage this turned out warning lights, car seemed ok.Next day partner driving back from hospital from a night shift, brakes give out entirely, nearly crashed car almost hit pedestrian then managed to stop. Scared out of her mind we call RAC again, turns out one of the brake pipes had disconnected, all brake fluid leaked out. Garage failed to connect it properly.If you value your life STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGEService: Brakes

Bought a used car that came with a free RAC warranty, had issues with the door locking mechanism, RAC said I had to use this garage for repair.Really impressed with the service, fault was found in no time at all, part ordered and then fitted when it arrived, car was returned with no damage or marks/dirt on the area they were working on. They dealt with all the paperwork and contact with the warranty provider and Steve's communication was great too.If they were local for me I would use them all time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely brilliant, very accommodating at short notice. Needed 4 break pads and disc fitted in 24 hours as I needed my car for work in Edinburgh (great price as well)
