Bought a pair of hoops there, they were almost impossible to put on and completely impossible to remove. I had to get them removed by a professional in a piercing shop. Even with all this they said it is technichally not a manufacturer fault and therefore cannot be refunded. I spend money on something i cannot wear unless i want to spend some more money getting it removed every time. Used to love this shop but i wont be buying from them anymore. Intentionally designing bad product and then make it impossible to return is just a scam
