ordered shower panels from Wet Wall Works and they arrived in the time stated. Unfortunately two of the panels were damaged in transit. Rupert simply sent two replacements with no hassle. Would certainly use this company again and refreshing to deal with professional people who still understand what "customer service" actually means.

Panels arrived late due to being sent on a split delivery. One of the panels arrived damaged. Seemed expensive for what we received which are quite flimsy.

I received a pack of cladding boards damaged by the courier, replacements were sent the next day.Very good company to deal with.

Really good firm with old fashioned GOOD customer service values ie they actually have people - and nice helpful people at the end of the phone who can help you with queries before you place your order and also sort out any order issues. One of our panels went out of stock after we placed the order but they were super helpful in getting a replacement ordered and organising partial refunds where necessary. Would definitely use again.

Tremendous service. Order placed at 10am and delivery arrived same day at 2pm.Andrew noticed two damaged panels and wasn't happy delivering. These were taken back and two new ones arrived days later.Was also informed if have extra parts after completion they can be returned with a refund.Best price I found online and excellent service. Would highly recommend!

We had a guest bathroom installed into what was storage space in the eaves of our house in October 22. The team at Wetwall works/ Bathroom Elegance in Greenock did a fantastic job with dealing with all aspects of our project. The installer Alec, was first rate at installing the bathroom and dealing with technical issues in what was a tricky install. We are very happy with our new guest bathroom and will certainly recomend this company.

Obstructive and unhelpful. The "measure up and we might help" sales attitude has ensured I won't be back. I wanted someone to do the job in its entirety - not to be subcontracted to do part of the job myself. Poor.
