Been buying my trainers from here for a long time. They now won't accept the Defence Discount Card without photo ID. Which is a new one on me. They would not also accept the blue light card of the couple beside me in store.Wouldn't move an inch so they lost 2 sales and the ones with the blue light card was alot of money as well.Couldn't answer when it changed but said I've been lucky to get away with it in the past??

It's not a factory outlet. It's a regular high street store. With the associated problems of not stocking the full range of sizes available in each product range.Being remotely located It's difficult if you need to try before you buy as you cannot for larger sizes in the range.Meaning I routinely don't buy as I cannot be bothered with purchasing for delivery to then discover items don't fit and then have to waste time and money returning goods.
