“Stayed in the Ulbster Arms on B&B for 2 nights while touring by motorcycle . Beautiful old hotel in a quiet village sitting beside the River Thurso , lovely decor inside and bedroom was good size clean and very comfortable We ate in the bar both nights and I must say the food was excellant , as was the breakfast with a great choice , the staff was very friendly from the the receptionist to the young bar staff , the cleaning lady not forgetting the 2 ladies in the breakfast room asking our plans for each day .The hotel has a great car park to back of hotel with an area to sit out and enjoy a drink . I would definately stay here again if in the area and highly recommend it.”
