I hate going to this bank, customer service is utterly atrocious. If you want a visual representation of a dying industry that is local banking visit this branch.Over staffed yet still wait a lifetime and to be honest not entirely sure what they do. Get the impression you are inconveniencing the staff by being in the branch.Dreading cashless society but it maybe a lesser of evils.

Not happy with the poor customer service i had received the last time i was here at this bank of scotland , the older lady that had dark hair that works here upset me with what they said to me regarding my account and bank issues

Terrible bank for young 18 Yr old to open account with no photo ID except young scot card, he had been trying for 3 weeks to open an account after todays episode once again, I finally took him to RBS, had all other paper ID necessary

Went recently with my two sons to sort their accounts and link them to my accounts. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Furthermore, they engaged with my kids and helped make it a bit more than a boring trip to the bank for them. I found them so pleasant to deal with that I will make this my branch now even though it is a mile or two further from home. Keep up the good work.

We opened out savings account in this branch. The process was completed in 20-25 mins with details on the services provided.The staff is friendly and courteous.

The Tellers in the business section need to be trained in customer relations.When conducting a transaction it should be normal to greet the customer, use the words 'please' and'thank you' and at the conclusion of the transaction enquire if the customer requires any further service .I was not afforded any of these courtesies during my visit today. Pushing a receipt over the counter and turning away is rude and disrespectful. No customer should have this experience when patronising a business.

Staff were friendly but pretty useless. I had to ask the same question in three different ways before I finally got the answer that I needed. I got the impression that they didnâ??t know what to do with my enquiry rather than what I was asking not being possible

Me and my friend visited the bank with our children and were carrying on with there bb guns when out of nowhere police pulled us to the ground and tasered us. If they wanted to play all they had to do was ask. I will not be back.
