Ridiculously slow staff, no facilities for business customers. They have three serving windows and never more than 2 open, mostly only one when there are always several staff through the back laughing and joking. Terrible customer service.

Was I. Hamilton branch today and staff were very friendly. Ewan who served us was exceptional. He was kind and attentive and is a credit to the bank. I will recommend this branch to others. Thank you Ewan for your kindness and good service.

They need to have more tellers on duty so that customers can transact much quicker at the present time . It is not the fault of the staff who do their best under current conditions to provide a serviceQuite concerned about the rebrand to Virgin Money. i.e their money makeover letter received today starts with Hi Mr& Mrs not Dear!!!.As an older customer this alienates me from a professional banking approach that is sadly not that evident in respect of the customer i.e. too trendy!!! for me and probably others who do not like either

Not a happy customer, bank account was frozen and locked for over 2 weeks due to fraud alert on 17/11/2020 , no help from hamilton branch or fraud department or complaints department or head office regarding this complaint. is not been treated seriously as no one calls me nor can any one tell me what is going !!!!!! I have been left with no access to my funds since 27/11/2020 is this how they treat a loyal customer get this sorted CLYDESDALE BANK HAMILTON BRANCH AS I HAVE NO FOOD OR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have now reported clydesdale bank to the Financial Ombudsman regarding there outrageous conduct

Poor customer service, not interested one bit in helping out. Been a loyal customer for 30 years, time to look for a new bank.
