Customer toilets have been completely cordoned off and my poor mum has disabilities impacting her functions that means when she needs to go she really needs to go. Such a massive shop and they’ve cordoned off the toilets. “We don’t have toilets anymore sorry” the actual lack of care man. Ridiculous
