My daughter was in on Wednesday evening and the staff member was rude and inpatient with her. It's usually the small lady with short brown hair who serves us and she is extremely nice and patient and very helpful. My daughter came out garage with only half the stuff she went in for and won't go back in when she is working. My daughter is a high school student.For the lady who serves me (my bacon fries) and my daughter every other time we are in.... we give you 5 ?.09.05.22My daughter went back to garage and the lady was just Lovely to her. Just a bad day I hope, lady had wain laughing ? .Thank you

1 stars too much for this place but to write this review it was a must .My review is actually based on a staff member named Margret ( I stress iv had no issues with any others ) Apparently there?s a policy on bins at this garage which means customers can?t use them . We use this place most mornings for fuel cigarettes red-bull etc but tonight this staff member proceeded to shout over the speaker onto the forecourt when my partner put a bag of things we had bought previously this week into the bin that?s supposed to be for customers . I then phoned to ask what the problem was only to be hung up on . We won?t be using this place again for convenience! I?d rather travel a bit further . Just wanted to make sure everyone knows Margaret?s policy on putting their empty packets of things previously bought from this place into her bins .ITS NOT A DUMPING GROUND EVERYONE .. so says Margret . not actually sure that?s jets policy tho .

Out a walk this evening, walked across to the Jet at Bothwell Rd approx 21:00 to get a bottle of water. A female customer was just exiting the shop (with no PPE or face mask, which is against current Scot Gov guidelines re COVID-19). The female working behind the counter (also not wearing any PPE) rushed to the entrance & refused me entry without explanation. I was wearing my face mask, so I was very confused as to why I wasn?t allowed in but the previous customer was, so I approached the window instead & asked for a bottle of water. The cashier refused to serve me as I wanted to pay by card & minimum spend is £3.00, what kind of customer service is this to provide?!

If you like the Australian band 'Jet', you'll love this Jet Petrol Station. If you're peckish you can pick up some Cameron Muncey Munchies, or maybe a Dirty Sweet. Mostly they sell petrol.
