Was a few "accidents" on floor which is to be expected. Nurse/vet was ok but could not find the source of problem but prescribed medication anyway, which isnt cheap and not guaranteed to help

Normal pets at home it well stocked and the staff are very helpful. But there was 1 or 2 dead fish in the tanks that I feel should have been removed

Staff are really friendly. Popped in to get nail clippings and they saw me instantly only issue, it's £10 for the nail clippings for walk ins and came back and I wouldn't say the claws are cut great. The dew claws are still pretty long

Would only give this 4 stars. Kinda feel less is more appropriate. I booked for repeat medication for my cat kiba and you would think a repeat means same as before and good job I checked because they decided to just randomly change my prescription to pills when she has always had liquid spit in formula. The response was I will see of we can change it which I didn't find too reassuring as it is not what is on the system, not what she was prescribed and not a repeat. To be fair this is not my first bad experience with this practice right from first registering her in October last year not one thing has gone right. May consider transferring to the east kilbride branch as I hear good reviews about that one and also didn't explain that it had changed further and she only needs one pipette every 3 months and not every month, but this wasn't explained I had to check the contents and ask the question why only 1 and not 3 pipettes... so check your stuff before you leave and have to make another journey back

The point system for your fish is absolutely stupid, you ask people what size of tank they have say 50l, but then you can only get 25 points worth of fish but use have like 50-100 fish in a tank smaller than mine ??

Nice big store, there is fresh water for the doggies outside. Convenient location next to Strathclyde park - a bit pricier than the supermarkets but just what we needed after a long walk as I could take my dog in with me.

Took my dog to the groomers and to get him registered - couldn't fault anything. The store is spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, definitely a must for all pet owners!!

Went in to purchase a hamster for my nephew for his birthday. Rubin was very knowledgeable and down to earth, talking us through every stage of caring for the hamster. Absolutely outstanding service and not once did we feel put down or spoken down to. Fantastic service and will be back to this store definitely!
