Received atrocious service from start to finish by the male members of staff from the Kirkintilloch Branch; from the bosses down to the carpet fitter. The carpet to my hall and stairs was very poorly laid with the underlay still visible at the risers. I informed this is how it should be by fitter and boss (unbelievable!)....the result was they ripped it up and took it away, I got my money back but they left the stairs in a complete state, which I had spent two days preparing!!! Please think twice before using this store.

Ian is very helpful and tells it like it is. Talked me through the different carpet types and what is suited best to which rooms and what type of family use and traffic. Could have up-sold me expensive 'luxury' carpets that would have flattened down quickly, but steered me in the right direction. You won't get this service by buying cheaper carpets online. Fitters for carpet and LVT are all great too. I have carpeted two houses with them now, and will definitely use them again.

Bought a gorjuss stair carpet.....great price...within a week planked a key of my flat in my garden . Came home to a fantastic job finished.....so pleased...
