VERY unimpressed. I was in the shopping centre tonight, after work, to buy some Christmas cards, I went to go in to the shop at 17.20, only to be turned away by 2 older bespectacled ladies informing me the shop was closed. Now I pointed out the sign outside said it closes at 18.00, to which they advised me that was later this month...REALLY? Not impressed with this store, the rude staff or the fact it states online it is open until 6. A complaint will be getting made.

Used to have a good selection of books, but now there seems to be only about half of what was once there!
