My experience of first time visiting, was not pleasant at all. We booked for the 30 of December until the 1st of January. When booking we were told breakfast was included. On arrival we had to pay £40 for breakfast. We also asked about new years eve. We were told they were full, I asked when booking about new years eve,...

Easy enough location to find, with warm welcoming reception staff.Was there for an annual Christmas Lunch in one of the many function rooms where meals were served promptly.With a decent portion size for an adult appetite at lunchtime. ??
