“Hired a floor crane to lift a pizza oven onto its stand. The floor crane was faulty and didn't work so one of the lads in the depot visited site, got the faulty crane collected and advised on a more suitable machine for the job. Returned the next day with the machine and a colleague and did the whole job for me. Faulty machines do happen but the issue was resolved quickly and exceeded expectations. Top service!”
