A good range of shoes. The shop did not have my size in one of the two styles I liked. Both styles were posted to my home within 48 hrs. I returned the unwanted pair to my local branch where I received my refund. No fuss. Great service. Fully recommend.

Ordered a pair of Jungla shoes at a sale price. Placed order Monday evening and they were delivered on Wednesday. Item well packed, exactly as described (lovely shoes!) and a hand written note in the box as well. Thanks Nikki, for getting everything right!

I ordered a beautiful pair of shoes and the fit is perfect. They arrived extremely quick and they were posted free. In the packaging was a return label in case I needed to return, very refreshing to know I wouldn?t have to pay to return the shoes. Also in the packaging was a hand written slip thanking me for my order, thought that was very personal and a lovely thought. I wouldn?t hesitate ordering from this company again. Having bought my wife a pair of Gabor sandals online from a well known store for her birthday, they were found to be too small on arrival. Begg shoes saved the day as they had the next size up and delivered them in double quick time and they fitted perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the service and even a small handwritten note inside was a very pleasant and rare surprise. Thank you. Will certainly look to use Begg shoes again.
