Can't understand the negative comments, the staff are very friendly and helpful. As a business customer, I have yet to find fault with them. Been with the Clydesdale, now Virgin Money, since I opened my shop, 6 years ago and feel for the staff, getting these unfair comments.

I visited Virgin Money yesterday for assistance with my app. The young man who assisted me was very helpful and guided me through the process and made sure I was able to access my app without difficulty. I'm not technically saved and the young gentleman was very patient.Thank you for the support I needed.

Very disappointed in this bank and the app!.. was fine yorkshire bank.. errors with apps customer service get passed to several different people on phone not good enough spent over 3 hrs of my time trying to sort a simple error!

The staff at Inverness are class can?t fault but when trying to get help of customer service on the phone bloody terrible waiting for 2 hours just to get help ps there needs to be a late night when people can come in after work Iv had to take holidays just to go in mid day for help it?s pretty poor like

Very disappointed. The Clydesdale Bank used to be one of the best. Since Virgin Money took over it?s appalling. Very difficult to get through to support on the phone now. They used to be very quick. When you do get through, customer service agents can be rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and can hang up on you. Online banking has numerous technical issues that can make it dysfunctional when you need it. I?m switching away, had enough of Virgin Money. Sad to see the end of the Clydesdale Bank?s professionalism and excellent customer service.

The opening hours of this bank are an absolute disgrace. Inverness is meant to be a city yet the branch has village opening hours. Even the Elgin branch manage is open longer.

Took me forever to get through on the 0800 number provided!!! Option 5 ... it won?t recognise... had to phone 3 times before it finally did!! Eventually got through to Glasgow ... why can?t you phone the branch direct ... it?s really annoying that a gobetween? has to phone for you!!Anyway it rang through and after taking at least 25 mins to get through the staff member said hello twice then hung up!!Absolutely disgraceful service!So I can?t get through to cancel my appointment today. Tuesday at 11am!! It?s your shocking lack of a decent call service to blame!!

Appalling service. Website says open from 9.15am to 4pm on a Saturday and also today Saturday 4 July 2020. Bank is CLOSED!! Not even any sign anywhere at the Academy Street Inverness Branch to advise on opening times. The notice states we are here to serve. I travelled 10 miles on the basis that the Bank was OPEN but like other customers at the door at around 11.30am found it was SHUT. POOR communication and POOR service.
