Never have I experienced in a cafe such disgraceful service as I did today. This wasn't from a young member of staff having a bad day this was the owner of the cafe! Very dissatisfied at the fact my friend was charged a ridiculous amount for a mug of hot water. We often visit here in large groups, several times a week. But after this weeks disappointment we definitely won't be back!
