Good parts outlet unfortunately some parts numbers were wrong so unfortunately the wrong parts were sent. The young man on the counter on Wednesday picked this up straight away and got it sorted thank you to him. I definitely would use them again especially because the counter staff care

Had too wait a little while to get served in here when collecting an order but overall I have found the service very useful. Staff are welcoming and will help with queries. Can be a little over priced so I tend to shop around but if you need a part fast and without hassle I find this the place to go.

Descent location and generally a lot of stock. Wouldn't call them the cheapest. Generally they always have a code to get money off but that just takes the price to the same as most places.However that is not due to the shop in Inverness setting the pricesFriendly staff and easy to order and collect.

I went in today to buy some 10amp mini fuses, the pack I wanted wasn't in stock however thanks to the gentleman behind the desk i was able to find exactly what I needed. Fantastic customer service, a lasting impression and now a customer for life.
