Fantastic customer experience in this place. They have a lovely selection of tweed and other wool products. The staff are so friendly and supportive, and were very patient while I selected a purse for my Mum (pictured).Really recommend this place. It has a beautiful new wool smell, great product selection, and awesome staff. Thanks to Ria and Mary Ann for their service.

Awesome shop, staff really helpful. Happy to let you take photos and have you mess up the display. (We did tidy it up ourselves) got my mother a beautiful little harris tweed satchel bag. Thank you to the ladies in the store and their patience whilst we waited on her to make a choice.

Great staff who were patient with me. I was really indecisive about a bag and they gave their opinion and even offered me to return via post if I changed my mind. They have really good prices compared to other shops in the same city selling Harris Tweed products.
