My new Tag Heuer required the bracelet to be adjusted to fit my wrist and as soon as we walked into the shop both the Manager and Assistant Manager could not have been more helpful.Within 10 minutes, the manager returned with the watch adjusted to fit perfectly.In addition, the Assistant Manager was also very helpful and engaging and both he and the manager have an excellent knowledge and appreciation for watches in general.Finally, my wife asked if they could clean her rings whilst we waited and again, it was no problem; they came back sparkling within 5 minutes. “I went in past this store with my watch that I had replaced the battery in, but couldn’t get the back cover back on. Every other jeweller I’d tried was not confident it could be done without risking damage to the glass face of the watch. The young lady behind the desk was very helpful, and reassured me she would try her best, and off she went with it. She returned 30 seconds later with the back firmly in place. I can’t thank her enough! Great service! Next time I need the battery replaced, I will come straight to you!”
