Wonderful place and staff, however sadly due to one, I've had to change to a pharmacy out of my neighborhood. I am classed as a vulnerable and disabled person and have had to change Pharmacist due to a Pharmacy dispenser at this branch talking about my medical conditions to a neighbour to support whether I do or don't have a disability.I choose not to take strong opioid drugs and try and manage my symptoms on less or non addictive drugs, diet and alternatives as I'm still young and use to be very active and fit before illness. This causes me to be unable to work at the moment to manage pain and illness. I've worked hard all of my life. Don't expect this treatment from a local pharmacist. I also thought it was misconduct to speak or disclose patients medical conditions and prescriptions. Never mind the rude judgment of a person in this job position on myself because I'm young and 'clearly don't look disabled'. Very disheartened welcome to the community.

Thank you Milton of Leys pharmacy for being so accommodating. what incredible service you have given me. the BEST service I have ever received from a pharmacy. the team were so very helpful and considerate in helping me locate a certain item that no-one else seemed to be able to get hold of. Words do not really say how impressed I am with the service.

I used to get all my prescriptions from probably the biggest pharmacy company in the UK, all was great until Covid, since then it would be 3-4 weeks from sending the request to the dr to getting the ?it?s ready to collect text? that?s if they didn?t lose itChanged to Milton of Leys a year ago, never had a single problem, ordered through the Healthera App on Sunday got an email on Tuesday to say it was ready, first class service everytime
