I liked it. I had a very good shopping experience there. The sales team are very knowledgeable and leave you to go browse which I liked, as I was looking for inspiration! I found exactly what I wanted. Now to complete the renovations!

In store staff were very helpful when choosing a piece of furniture. Found to have a fault when unboxed after delivery. Went back to the store to report the fault, only to be told that they only deal with sales, and any issues would need to be reported to customer service, either by phone or email. The piece of furniture was replaced, but just disappointed that store staff were unable to help.

Disgraceful service. Still waiting for the order after 6 months and no one bothers to call. All paid for in full at the time of the order. Staff are useless and customer service non existant. Don't bother, go somewhere else.

ZERO STARS. The most uncomfortable sofas I've ever sat on. The design means the seats constantly slide. The 5 year Insurance they persuade you to take out is worthless. They say its a design fault not a quality fault. Stay clear. Constant back ache because of a design fault they won't correct.

Awful service ordered furniture that came broken and took 3 months for it to be uplifted and replaced when I phoned the inverness branch the guy I spoke to was rude beyond believe will never do business with them again

Avoid! Still waiting for delivery what supposed be at the beginning of January. Poor customer service. Nobody picked a phone call. Had to drive to the store I don't know how many times!Changing delivery day in every week!Go on Facebook:" My Oak Furnitureland experience " before you will buy anything from this company!

I will never buy from them again and I would strongly advise everyone else not to buy from then. In store Matt was great but the company have given umpteen excuses as to why they keep missing delivery date, spent ½ an hour on the phone this morning and never got to speak to anyone. So now I will have to drive 60miles to the store..Another week later, another fsiled delivery. 1 item arrived out of 3 and the 1 that arrived is damaged. Will anyone answer the phone? NO. So now I have to drive 60 miles to the shop to speak to someone AGAIN. Today we will be telling them to uplift the damaged unit, cancel the order and give us our money back. They have had our money for almost 5 months. I feel sorry for the people in store and for the delivery drivers. It's not their fault, but there is no one else you can talk to, unless the police would be interested in investigating them for fraud or theft.We were met by a crabbit guy (Not Matt, it was his day off) nothing he can do, customer service will phone tomorrow.(I won't hold my breath) Looked on their website, the items we ordered are advertised with 7 day delivery. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.Stay tuned for the next episode.Nobody phoned Thursady. I phoned them late afternoon, they answered. WOW. I was told a customer service manager would phone Friday, it didn't happen. It is now Saturday I have tried phoning the store again. No answer. I can't go today as I am working. I think it is time to get trading standards involved.

What an awful company. After spending a lot of money on a dining room table and display unit delivery charges were astronomical. After spending such a lot of money having to spend an extra £100 was a joke! Paid for the cheaper option to just pay for a doorstep delivery. Had to take time off work as was not given a time slot for the delivery until one day before. Then discovered the display unit was getting delivered separately. Struggling to get time off for a second delivery as same problem, we don't know until day before what time delivery will be. Absolute joke of a company. We won't be shopping at Oak Furnitureland ever again!

Guaranteed Christmas delivery delayed for further 5 weeks. Used Covid as excuse. Happy to take your money though! Wish we'd known about this before we spent £1000s with them. Avoid!

OMG what a shocking Company, had my sofa delivered and I will use this term loosely, after it being in my home 3 hours it broke, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY GOING HERE. Customer service shocking and that is just in the shop don't care got your money, 21 days later still have broken sofa in my lounge was promised days ago that it would be picked up and still we wait, no refund till they pick it up. So not able to purchase another had to borrow chairs from neighbours to sit on, stay well clear.
