Came in at dinner time for a drink and went to the toilets all of which had no toilet roll in them. Ordering the drink was fine though.

Long queue, staff yelling nothing important to each other and generally not helping customers... Weak drink, worse service.

I went in for a takeaway coffee just before they closed. I accidentally split my coffee and it seemed like it went everywhere! The staff were brilliant, assured me it wasn?t a problem and quickly made me a fresh cup. (Coffee was very good too.)

Was clean light and airy, staff very helpful. Tables cleared and cleaned very quickly coffee good to. Food was nothing special though.

It is not relaxing in this Starbucks. The music was so loud it was distorting through the speaker system. Why could the staff not hear it? Oh, that's right, they had their friends in and they were all screaming and shouting. This was not good, not proffessional. I'm sure there should not be food crumbs on the table. I won't be going there again. Oh, the coffee was not very special either.

Visited for coffee today at lunch. Spiced Latte advertised throughout the premises but none available. Whilst waiting on coffee being brought to table ,number 21, noticed that when other tables were being cleared none of them were being wiped down. When coffee and bun came no knife or napkin being served alongside. Ok, maybe pick up at self service but then what is the point of coffee being delivered to table. Wont be visiting there anytime soon

I am well aware that it was half term however most Starbucks i've been to are have quicker serving times than this one. If I had known the waiting times were going to be more than 10 minutes I would have gone elsewhere. The coffee was okay in the end.

Clean store. Busy, but a sign of good business. Staff are quick and efficient and coffee tastes good.

Not always easy to get seating die to current regulations. However tables and chairs are cleaned after vacated so risk of infection is reduced. I always have an Americano which is ok but not outstanding -.personally I prefer Costa\\nMy wife likes the iced coffee which she says is very good. I can also recommend the cinnamon buns which go well with coffee, or anything for that matter!!
