Arrived at Glasgow Airport check in to find none of the advanced passenger info, for the 8 people travelling, had been input by Hays despite it having been sent to them 3 months prior. In general found them to be lacking interest in offering assistance with anything.

Hays travel Inverness, stay away from! I get they saved Thomas Cooks failing business, however they won?t be operating for long if they continue to deliver customers such poor levels of service.Me and my wife have had such issues with a recent booking, room at hotel not as described, no one in the Hays office Inverness taking any responsibility, just want to charge us more money while we are abroad. I?ve never come across someone as rude and patronising as Jake (Hays staff member), an email has been sent to their CEO but no reply yet...not surprised!Avoid and take your business elsewhere!!!!

The worse place people could possibly book a holiday please go somewhere else and book a holiday they ripped me off almost 400 pound when I was entitled to getting a refund due to covid 19 but they wouldn't hear any of it very cheeky employees and couldn't care at all about customers really they are terrible
