Disappointing to say the least very poor customer care, obviously couldn't be bothered dealing with customers today, noticed similar attitude before with 2 of the male assistants the one today very dismissive unhelpful attitude won't be back unless it changes been with vodafone over 20 years treated like an inconvenience very disrepectful didnt explain properly made me feel stupid its not on. However the man that dealt with me last time had 100 percent quality helpful attitude difference was night and day he was the manager from Elgin and was helping out. Also the young manager that was there a few months back was helpful and friendly.He wasn't there today.

Despite saying online that the Inverness store is open from 11am on Sundays the store is currently closed with no information as to when it might actually open. We have travelled 20 miles to get here. Not impressed.

First assistant helpful and excellent but slow process because of Vodafone's computer system. 5 Stars for him. Returning after credit check completed to different assistant .... very different experience. I was very close to walking out because of his attitude but couldn't face having to start all over again. 0 stars

I have asked for my separate plans to be all housed under the same account. It has taken months to get this sorted ....and its is still not sorted. Overcharges and lack of personal contact. TOBI is just a complete waste of time. I have spent hours on the computer but so little time speaking to a person. Its worth looking elsewhere for a provider with a decent service and one where you get a chance to speak to a person who a) speaks the same language or is legible, b) understands the issue with a minimum basic knowledge of the product, c) does what they say they are going to do.

Getting connected to Vodafone Internet was a nightmare supposed to be install on 22nd march city fiber canceled I was left with no Internet (and I am disabled )till 8 Feb I was however compensated £5.25 per day and given £73.50which seems to have disappeared as they have taken £22 today for my phone charges my Internet is £21 per month pretty sure there should be £30 left someone cant count they never offered a phone number to call and iv been using tobi there Roborough taking hours to try resolve anything leaving me frustrated and angry so far service has been a nightmare having to reset and also having an engineer look into it

Unfortunately i did not get the name of the young girl that sorted my issue but she was professional and efficient! Excellent customer service. I walked in there irate after wasting 1 hour in a call with customer support and 2 h on the webchat.She calmed me down and solved my issue within 10 minutes. Thank you!
