I had a terrible experience in the same bank in Kilmarnock, awful. The next day I went into the Irvine branch and what a delight my visit was, even with my 3 year old grandson. The staff were all very well dressed in their uniforms and very welcoming. The girls not attending to my request were charming to my active and inquisitive grandson and the girl assisting me couldn't have been more helpful. This was a complete contrast to the bank in Kilmarnock where I felt most unwelcome. They should take a walk into the Irvine branch and take some notes on customer care.Thanks again girl's for helping me with all my tasks on that day. It was a pleasure

Very surprised to see this bank has majority negative reviews. They were nothing but a pleasure to deal with today. We were seen to by a lovely girl, didn't catch her name, she was following covid protocol very strictly, with both face shield and mask, she even wiped the machine down for us before we used it, she was very informative and helpful, particular patient with us as we were struggling to pay money into the machine.We were made to feel comfortable whilst banking which can be somewhat stressful when handling money.

An absolute disaster, called requesting information re switching account and the useless person I spoke to said he would pass me through to the dedicated switching team which turned out to be an automatedmessage repeating the same thing over and over. Is it a wonder why this country is in a complete mess.

Always friendly staff pleasant and attentive. Have to queue sometimes but if you don't want to then there are other options available. Digital banking is good and the app works well. Great branch great staff, no complaints from means will continue to use.

Always qued out the door due to computer freezing and having to resign in. Why have 3 teller positions and only ever 1 serving while other members of staff seem to wander about. Customer service should be paramount and with banks closing all over the country you feel that service should be high on the agenda for I ensure the same thing does not happen here!

Actually lost count the amount of times i have had to walk out of this branch it is always cued out the door went to use machine to pay in £500 its getting serviced tried to pay at counter told to use machine so i can get a pay in slip had to wait twenty minutes for the machine then there's the cue for the counter you just can,t win . need to find a better bank only gave one star so i could review .

Min'£2000 pay in for business customer is not RBS rules. Service was very very slow. Will use other branches in future.
