I cannot recommend this repair shop enough. He offers world class service EVERY time I have an issue. He is always fast, very fair on pricing, and offers great insight into the problems and how to fix the problem. Just a top top shop if you have a bike issue.

This place is ran by the nicest person you?ll ever meet in the bike shop: friendly, helpful and professional. Only downside ? there is always a lot of bikes in service, so you?ll need to book in advance.

Bad repair job and poor customer service.Really disappointed with customer and repair service. Had my puncture repaired just before going on weekend away, the puncture was patched up instead of replacing a new tube and was not even stuck on properly and the glass was not removed, despite paying full price for tube replacement.. I had so much hassle on my break away because the air came out again over night without using it and I had to travel half hour to go to the next repair shop next morning to get a new tube fitted, wasting half day of my weekend away. On my return called to explain the hassle it caused, there was no apology and no response to my text messages or email although I did eventually get my money refunded. Not happy and would not use again.

Had bikes in to get various levels of servicing and the service has been excellent every time. I've had experience of lots of bike shops in the past and I can say you're lucky if this is your local shop. Massive amounts of knowledge and has always been friendly.
