“100% - Top class service, his attention to detail, efficiency, dedication and commitment to seeing the job through to the end is second to none.(10stars from me)(After We were very badly let down by RAC!!! (I definitely will not be renewing my breakdown cover with RAC ever again!!!) after receiving a notification breakdown recover was on the way, then waiting over 8 hours for recovery, to be told they still hadn't found anyone to do the job!!!. However they hadn't communicated this with us - until after I phoned them for an update! We were told it may take up to 3-5days!! (Which they omitted to tell me prior to having to pay an excessive additional hidden fee!!) (No resolution to be had! Told no manager will call back...Basically they were keen to take our money, then we were discarded!!)However ..I was recommended to contact JWR and all I can say is 'WOW' immediate response, super quick turnaround with regular communication/updates, got us to our destination efficiently and safely.We Definitely will always use JWR in future.This guy's work ethic is second to none and is a genuinely good guy who genuinely cares for his customers.We felt safe and in great hands, I highly recommend using JWR.Can't praise this guy enough.Thank you JWR.”
