The service was terrible I asked perscption was ready and they told me it would take another 24 hours as they would need order it as there was a new system and am really nt happy at all and am nt getting text messages all the time to tell me that my perscption is ready

Staff busy talking to each other no perfume testers for fragrance I wanted to purchase prefer to shop at Kilmarnock store where staff welcome you with a smile and always happy to help you with there knowledge
