Food is always good, staff is friendly. The play area is great, too, keeps the little ones busy and we can take our time eating our food!

The manager is the most arrogant man ever. Shouting at young girls who are having trouble with the till. Putting unnecessary pressure on people trying to earn an honest wage. Would not approach when asked to do so.

Fantastic service as always in kilmarnock.Food is always fresh and hot. Chips are never cold, unlike some rival venues.Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Lisa is always the friendliness face and can never do enough for you.Accommodates any needs I ever have, especially extra barbecue sauces, because I can't get enough.We will return on a regular basis due to these reasons.Can't fault this restaurant at all.Kid-friendliness: Staff are fab with kids.dont treat them like second class citizens. One of my favourite places to take my kids because I know their is no judgement.

Was in yesterday with my family to get something quick. Food is always a nice treat and kids love it.Staff are always helpful and Lisa the manager was excellent as my autistic son had a meltdown as the restaurant became very busy.Lisa made sure everything was ok and made us aware that she?d be around if we needed anything else

Visited today and what a difference from a few days ago! Was chatting to the assistant manager regarding staffing issues and my heart goes out to the team here under the pressure they have at the moment. Was in and out within a few minutes and the team couldn?t have been more helpful. More staff are definitely required for busier times but the guys do an amazing job ??

Always a great experience at this Burger King. Friendly staff and lovely food. Can?t recommend enough.Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options, far tastier and more filling that other fast food restaurant options.
