Paid a visit on Sunday afternoon and I wont be back. Was shouted at by a young sales assistant ? are you paying by cash or card? while we were still shopping? goes over to till to be met by an assistant who has absolutely no manners and was nothing but downright rude and determined we were going through the self service paying machines which we did not want to use , with the words ? it helps my credits if you use them? ringing in our ears.

Their price point is good, £12.50 for jeans (the last time i shopped). Ok they're not a \\\"trendy\\\" brand but they look nice, are a good fit and wash well. The shop is really spacious but is a bit away from Kilmarnock Town centre. Luckily my Dad gives me a lift or it would be two bus trips from where i live.

I was in on Friday, and their tills were down. Staff informed customers of this on the way in, and that transactions would take longer. Staff were working hard under difficult circumstances, with smiles on their faces and apologies. The woman that served me, sorry can't remember her name, young, red hair, was very polite, very cheery, and customer service was excellent. Huge well done to all the staff.

New self service system is poor as mixed with queue of people for click and collect and returns. Need to get a server to get you a bag so what's the point in self service

Decent shop with large selection of men, women?s and kids clothes at ok prices, aswell as a homewares section. Also a dpd pick up point . Large external car park so is fine when it gets busy.

Waited nearly 15 minutes today to get served. There was one customer being served by the only member of staff who was working on the tills but there was obviously some sort of issue and so the staff member was away from the till more than she was at the till. There was a girl who was directing customers into the self-service but was then folding and packing their items for them so essentially she was serving them.
