I had the worst experience with Office which has still not been resolved.\\nI paid ?113 for these runners plus ?38 for customs. And this is what I received. A dirty pair of runners! It seems to be tan stains or glue on the inside. And one of the holes was double pierced. Not something I would expect after paying over ?150 for a pair of runners. They are most certainly not of merchantable quality, they are damaged. There is no way they would be on display in a shop so why should I be provided with them.\\n\\nI got in touch with customer service to return them. They told me because I was in Ireland that they could not arrange a courier to collect them and that I would have to arrange to send them back via the post office and pay the delivery and more custom charges on them. They told me I would get the delivery charge refunded but not the customer charges. I did not think this was acceptable because it was no fault of my own that I was returning these runners. They also told me I could return them to an office store. So I waited three weeks until the stores reopening in Ireland. The other day I drove one hour to my nearest office store and I was told that they were not accepting any returns at the moment. I?m sure you can understand my anger and frustration at this stage.\\n\\nI got back on to customer service and I explained this to them. They apologised and told me I was misinformed about being able to return to the store. They explained my options again and also said I could get a partial refund of 15% (16.08)!!! This angered me even more. Firstly, how long this whole process has taken (over 5 weeks). And secondly, how much of an insult ?16.08 is when I paid over ?150 in total and I was provided with a faulty item.\\n\\nThis problem has still not been resolved, they are still not willing to budge on the amount they are willing to refund me. I have been in touch with my bank and they told me I am entitled to request a charge back on my account as they are refusing to collect the item for the refund. I would not like to take matters that far. I just believe I am entitled to more than ?16.08 of a refund - what an insult!!\\n\\nI cannot say it enough, if you are in Ireland do not buy from office!! What is the point in providing a service to Ireland if you cannot deal with the returns?? Ridiculous

Worked here in late 2016 - 2017. Met some nice people, but the genuine ones are very much in the minority.\\nAs an experienced warehouse operative I stuck to my own methods since they are pretty backwards in some of theirs.

Decent place to deliver to good size yard and proper loading bays, HGV delivery area not very well signposted though once you enter estate.......see attached pic for entrance
