You can never get a disabled parking space because they are always filled with cars without badges

Attended this store tonight . Tried to use a voucher from cash/coin conversation machine . Unable to use at teller .had to go to customer service counter . Lovely lady allowed me to cash the voucher .even though I made the error of not cashing it in on day I obtained it . She was exceptionally helpful and understanding of my predicament. Sorry I've forgotten her name . But again..thank you for being sooo nice and understanding .

This store is a joke. 21.00 full trolley and having to use the self scanner while 3 store workers stand laughing to themselves at the side where the bags and small computer are. Then, into the bargain, the checkout I'm using keeps malfunctioning and asking for a store assistant. I thought the Tesco policy was to open a checkout if someone had a full trolley or at least help the person. Disgrace

Tesco cafe, visited 23/6/22 3.30pm, food was awful, not worth the money, not good service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, won't be back.

Aggressive and non-sensical use of the ?under 25 rule?. My wife and I tried buying a box of beer with the weekly family groceries while accompanied by my sister-in-law who is under 18. I was refused sale of alcohol by a staff member at the self scan checkout as my sister-in-law looked under 25 and didn?t have an ID, despite being told she of course didn?t have an ID as she is a child. Was then rudely interrupted and aggressively told that?s just the law before the staff member took the box of beer and just stormed off. I would have expected more common sense and understanding applied to the ?under 25 rule?; especially with regards to family?s in the care of young children where it isn?t quite feasible to find a babysitter every time alcohol is needed purchased from a supermarket. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Have being shopping in this store for a long time using the shop and scan as I feel it saves time helps with your shopping experience until recently in the past four weeks I have had a full check of my shopping I understand their has to be checks but surely their must be a record of when you have been checked so you are not done as often so in the future I will no longer be using Tesco
